The Begining of the End (I Hope)

So I plan to start my quest to lose around 80lbs today through a balance of diet and exercise. I’m not a big pills od surgery guy so I’m going to do my best to stay away from those but I might talk about them every once in a while. Here is my pic as it stands right now (with my daughter and reason for losing weight).

Hopefully at the end of this I’ll be able to play with my daughter for more than 5 minutes without wanting to die ha ha. Just gotta keep working at it.
