Big Fat Weight Loser

So with a little diet and exercse I lost 3lbs this past week. I acomplished this by:

– Eating snacks like celery and carrots instead of chips

– Walking every night after dinner

It was pretty easy, but I must admit I’m always craving a little grease. I start fitness class next week and I hope that will really bring me to the next level. Thank God for my wife who is helping me by holding out on giving me those chips and chopping vegetables.
